Please read the following scenario and describe how you would handle the situation: In the morning, our team pulls under the warehouse awning several minutes late for loadout. The warehouse is running behind schedule and even though we pull under the awning late, there are still several routes that do not have all their packages staged. Suddenly, you hear “Drivers, 5 minutes remaining”. Most drivers were able to get their vans loaded in time, but the several drivers who do not have all their packages yet become extremely frustrated because not only were they not given the full amount of load time, but they don’t even have all their packages yet. They become even more agitated as they are told they will need to pull around to the parking lot to finish loading when all their packages arrive, and tensions are starting to rise even more.
